At CSI, under the expert care of Dr. Vishal Thakral, we offer a comprehensive suite of regenerative medicine services tailored to address various musculoskeletal conditions. Our primary treatments include Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, stem cell therapy, prolotherapy, and Toradol injections.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy: PRP is particularly effective for patients suffering from chronic tendinitis that has not improved after initial therapy sessions. Ideal candidates include those with lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) unresponsive to early treatment, medial epicondylitis requiring 2-3 PRP sessions, rotator cuff tendinitis with low-grade partial tears, mild carpal tunnel syndrome, hip bursitis or hip abductor tendinopathy, partial tears of the meniscus or ACL, plantar fasciitis, and mild arthritis in the knee or shoulder.
Stem Cell Therapy: We utilize umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) known for their rapid self-renewal and ability to differentiate into various cell types. These cells have shown promise in promoting tissue repair and modulating immune responses, making them suitable for conditions such as osteoarthritis and certain soft tissue injuries.
Prolotherapy: This injection-based treatment is designed to alleviate pain by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes. Prolotherapy has been effective in treating chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including tendinopathies like tennis elbow and Achilles tendinopathy, as well as knee osteoarthritis and low back pain.
Toradol Injections: For patients experiencing severe pain, we offer Toradol injections, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that provides rapid pain relief. This treatment is particularly beneficial for acute flare-ups of musculoskeletal pain.
At CSI, we are committed to delivering personalized regenerative medicine treatments aimed at achieving optimal outcomes and enhancing our patients’ quality of life.
